- 1 Head of romaine lettuce or spinach
- 2-3 tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Green onions
- Avocado
- Shredded carrots
- Diced bacon, fried or cooked in microwave
- Hard boiled eggs, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, cubed
- Ham, thinly sliced or ½ -1 inch thick, cubed
- Salad dressing
Wash and cut veggies. Toss with non-veggie items. Serve with several kinds of dressing to choose from.
