Chef's Salad

  • 1 Head of romaine lettuce or spinach
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Bell pepper
  • Green onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded carrots
  • Diced bacon, fried or cooked in microwave
  • Hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • Ham, thinly sliced or ½ -1 inch thick, cubed
  • Salad dressing


Wash and cut veggies. Toss with non-veggie items. Serve with several kinds of dressing to choose from.
