Candied Walnuts (Elizabeth Zentner)

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 ½ nuts
  • 2 T vanilla


Combine sugars and sour cream. Cook until dissolved. Cook slowly to 240 or firm ball. Add vanilla and walnuts. Spread on greased pan.
